2010 SIAP Election Result

SIAP Board of Directors 2010 Election were held on December 3, 2009, 7:00 PM at Yahoo Center Community Room, 2500 Broadway St., Santa Monica, CA 90404.  SIAP Board of Directors Candidates were:

First Mr. Hashem Modjarrab talked about election and voting process followed by Mr. Esfandiary presenting 2009 budget and SIAP income and expenses.  Then Our new President elect Mr. Shahram Shokoufandeh  talked about program for his term.   Then each candidate introduced themselves and their plans.  It started with Mr. Abdi Ziai and he presented his plan and vision for 2010 followed by Mr. Behboodi's idea for his 2010 program.  The introduction followed by other board members candidates.  After candidates' introduction and their presentation, voting paper distributed among present members and they cast their votes.  This year we also had 9 votes via email and fax for those who could not attend the election meeting.

This is to acknowledge and certify that the following list represent the true revised classes among SIAP members as well as Election Result in 2010:

Mr. Hashem Modjarrab serving two years as VP and President & Mr. Iraj Yamin Esfandiary served his second year as treasurer will retire after .  Mr. Shahram Shokoufandeh will serve as President for 2010.  New Board of Directors will choose two among themselves as new secretary and Treasurer.  Mr. Shahram Shokoufandeh the new SIAP president will hold the first SIAP board meeting ASAP.
