The following is the Minutes of SIAP Board of Directors Nowruz event
Meeting No. 5

Members present:

Agenda:
1. Nowruz event results
Items discussed:
1- Ashraf, David and Saviz (Sam) calculated Nowruz party income, tickets sold and expenses.
Following are the amounts::
-Total income: $ 12,501.00
- Total expenses: $ 14,460.23
- SIAP contribution: $ 1,959.23
2- Nowruz committee has to start this year to organize next year’s party and use the positive and negative points of this and previous year parties, to make a more successful event.
3- For 2011 Nowruz party, all SIAP members are encouraged to suggest the names of the honorary guests. The board shall decide who among the list to invite as guest or to offer reduced ticket price.
