The following items were discussed:
27.1 Preparation for
Elections
·
Contact all members and prepare a list of candidates
·
Notify the candidates
·
Send ballots to all members
·
All members are qualified for candidacy
·
New members are welcome to vote or to nominate themselves, as long
as their membership fee is applied to 2001
·
Request for 2002 membership fees to be included in the voting
packages sent to the members
·
Iraj to prepare the packages and give them to Moayeri for mailing
