The Following are the Minutes of the SIAP Board of Directors Meeting on 4/19/01

Present:
Iraj Yamin Esfandiari
Bijan Armandpor
Zhila Yedidsion-Ross
Mohammad Borghei
Majid Falamaki
Hashem Modjarrab

The following specific items were discussed:

• Kalantari to be picked up from Orange County, Iraj to arrange it
• Need slide projector and screen, Borghei in charge
• Refreshments: Zhila and Hashem in charge
• Membership committee in charge of mailing the flyers prepared by Bijan and Vaghei

• Require $5.00 donation for non- members at the door
• Membership packages to be available at check-in desk

• $2,092 profit (excluding silent auction revenue)
• Iraj, Majid and Borghei to review issue of tax return with various accountants

20.4 Committees and Their Reactivation
Bijan suggested:

• DMF Lighting to sponsor a luncheon, possible AIA accreditation of the event
• Centria metal cladding to sponsor luncheon
• Antonio Preddock architect from Arizona to be invited, for the cost of $800
