The core subject was Noruz party, which will be held on Friday March 30th, and the following items were discussed:

18-1 The flyer announcing the event is prepared by Bijan and will be printed tomorrow, 3-9-01.

18-2 The printed flyers will be passed to membership committee by Monday 3-12-01 to be mailed.

18-3 All SIAP members are asked to bring, at least, four people along.

4. Iraj will follow up with the members to encourage them to bring their friends and relatives to the party.
5. The budget for Haft Seen is capped up to $200.00 and Bijan and Zhila will help to provide it.
6. Bijan will organize the silent auction for donated items.
