The following are the minutes of the SIAP Board of Directors:

Present:
Bijan Armandpour
Mohammad Borghei
Zhila Yedidsion-Ross
Mohammad Gharavi
Mohammad Moayeri
Shahram Shokoufandeh
Ebrahim Alaee

The following items were discussed:
1. Seihoon
· Iraj has told the organizers that SIAP would no longer be involved

2. Elections
·         The following people were nominated for the board memebership:
          -Ebrahim Alaee, Mohammad Borghei, Houshang Borghei, Zhila Yedidsion-Ross
·         Six other candidates were named to be approached by SIAP for Nomination
          -Iraj, Hashem, Kemal, Keliddari, Kiafar, Majid
·         Mohammad Moayeri to prepare the list and mail it to the members by next Tuesday
·         Mohammad Moayeri brought up his new bill, to be discussed at the general assembly

3. Saturday Event
· Members to contact others for attending

4. Membership
· Bijan presented a membership form to be mailed to prospective and existing members, for renewal
· Mohammad Moayeri considered it useless
