The following are the minutes of the SIAP Board of Directors:

The following items were discussed:
1. Election date of November 28th, was changed to December 5th.
2. Burbank School District visit was made possible through the efforts of Mr. Ali Kiafar, the Chief Facilities and DevelopmentSuperintendent for Burbank USD.

1. Seihoon
Following items were discussed
1. Iraj met with the event organizers and gave report to the Board
2. Board asked Iraj to find out about the other two organizers; get by-laws and their type of activities
3. Call for an extra meeting on Tuesday Nov. 19, to decide about other two organizers

2. Events
A- January event to be speech by Salar Nikoo re: construction management, organized by M. Borghei
B- Saturday Nov. 23, visit the schools published in LA Architect
C- Its notice to be emailed to 280 people on the list

Elections
Due to his load of work, Mohammad Moayeri had not been able to deliver the task of preparing and sending the notice for elections

Next meeting on November 19^th.
