The following items were discussed:

1. Competition

• SIAP needs to be recognized by the public prior to any advertisement for the competition. SIAP to "sponsor" some cultural events for that purpose.
• SIAP’s responsibilities: code research to be limited to the zoning of the property, other minimum code research to be determined by the project
• To limit SIAP’s liability, "indemnity" clauses to be included at every stage of the process.
• Percentage of the SIAP’s fee to be determined by the Task Force, and on the project basis.
• Membership of the Task Force to be rotated among the qualified members of SIAP
• Contact person to be the president or the VP, subject to change if deemed necessary

• Look into turning the performances of the "Festival of Sacred Music" into SIAP’s events. Iraj to check Skirball’s, Zhila to check Our Lady of Angels’, and Bijan to check A+D’s

• Tentatively for December 12^th, at the Celebrity Hall. SAIP is not to bare any costs for coordinating or sponsoring the event. Iraj to look into other choices for the place of the party.
