The following are the minutes of the SIAP Board of Directors:

Bijan Armandpour

Iraj Yamin Esfandiari

The following items were discussed:

1. August 29th Event

Call members to remind them

2. Insurance

SIAP did not find it necessary to carry insurance for the purpose of the competition

3 Competition Contract

A preliminary draft for the contract between SIAP and the Participant was discussed; SIAP did not see it necessary and suggested it be incorporated into the Rules of the Competition package
Contract between Owner and SIAP was discussed; it was reduced to a very short and simple format for the ease of the work

Next meeting on September 5^th.
