The following items were discussed:

• Two members to attend in one of Hejazi’s shows to educate Iranian community on the scope of responsibilities of architects and other details.
• Bijan to pursue the meeting.

• Borghei to provide Majid with a copy of the by-laws to be put on the web site.

• Members to fill out the application and send to Majid for putting on the web site

We should send them our by-laws and try to open line of communication with them to explore possibilities of:

• Master web site
• Uniform by-laws
• SIAP journal
• Access to other Iranian architects

• We did not find any previously written contracts by others
• Kemal and Zhila to prepare a draft for a conceptual design stage, K to contact Z
• SIAP (not)to determine fee assessment for competition projects?

• Salar Nikkhou to be our July 24^th speaker
• Bijan to talk about one of his projects in August
