Mr. Modjarab: - Web site / Internet Committee must have priority in SIAP's immediate plan.

Mr. Azmoudeh: - Along with Events and Publication Committees, Internet Committee must have number one priority in SIAP's program.
- Provide SIAP members with benefit such as giving password to use Internet. Need + $1500. to start with Web Site.
Mr. Gharavi - Our plan should be feasible based upon our members' energy. Time is also important factor in our planning.
- Events and Publication Committees are the two activities which should have priority in SIAP's Program.
- Web Site can be established next year.
- Public Relation Committee should start working as soon as possible.
Mr. Esfandiary:- For the first year at SIAP, we should plan on introducing our organization to the public very effectively In doing so, all SIAP Committees must focus on this idea and plan for the first year.
As a result, we will be able to gather more membership and sponsorship as well. While SIAP is taking "SHAPE" and eventually finds it's "PLACE", the Board of Directors will be able to plan for appropriate programs to develop SIAP's activities. We should set our goal then find ways to achieve. Financial issues must not prevent us from "Planning Big".
- Board, as an initial move, should ask committees to prepare their plans based on the effective introduction of SIAP to the public.
Mr. Borghei: - Publication and Public Relation Committees must take action ASAP.
- Web Site should be taken into consideration more seriously.
At the end of the meeting it was suggested that discussion to be continued through our next meeting and members to bring about 'FEASIBLE PLANS' Next meeting will be on February 18, 1999, at 7.00 PM at MGM Plaza and will be conducted by Mr. Shahin Azmoudeh.
