Items Discussed:

Mohammad Vaghei informed the Board that he would remain as Vice President until next Board election date.-
Publication Committee stated that "PAYEH" was ready for printing. A budget of $2,735.00 is requested for 500 issues with cover of four colors, and $3,240.00 for 1000 issues. Cost for 500 issues with cover of two colors shall be $2,500.00. It was suggested to limit to one color with color paper as background. M.G. suggested to shop-around for better printing options until next meeting for Board to make final decision.- I.E. to contact Majid Falamaki for final revisions to SIAP LOGO.
- H.M. stated that first page of SIAP web site shall be ready by next meeting. Written
phrases of committee tasks are needed for web site.- M.B. to prepare introductory text for SIAP to be used in SIAP web site.
- G.D. to provide the web site committee with updated list of members and membership
form by next week.- G.D. to prepare written phrase of membership committee for web site.
- M.B. to prepare written phrase of publication committee for web site.
Board's next meeting shall be conducted by Ms. Parichehr Tivay on August 19, 1999,
7.00 PM at MGM Community center in Santa Monica.Next meeting's Agenda:
- Printing of "PAYEH"
- SIAP web site
- Committees' reports
