Agenda:
1- Architectural Forum and its outcome.
2- Response to Mr. Puria Abbasi’s suggestions and proposals.
3- Future Events, panel discussions, and presentations.

The following items were discussed:

After discussing various options, it was decided to hold the forums simultaneously with every other board meeting.

At this time, three forums on 6-12-03, 7-17-03, and 8-14-02 have been scheduled from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

Advertisement for the scheduled forums will be discussed after the annual budget is reviewed by the Board. However, due to time constraints, one TV add will be purchased for the next forum.

A letter of appreciation has been sent to Mr. Abbasi. A certificate will follow soon.

In response to Mr. Abbasi’s request for members’ portfolios, the Board discussed various options.

It was decided to hold an emergency Board meeting and invite all interested members to an open discussion on this issue.

At this meeting, an entity shall be established to organize an appropriate response and presentation to Mr. Abbasi. The Board shall evaluate and vote on the recommendation of such entity.

Future Events, Panel Discussion, and Presentation:

Due to the shortage of time, this discussion was postponed for later meetings.

Next meeting is scheduled for May 27, 2003 at 7:00 pm
