The following are the minutes of the SIAP Board of Director's meeting
Date: 3-19-03 7:00 PM
Location: Lu Lu Resturant, CA
Present:
1- Mohammad Gharavi
2- Mohammad Reza Borghei
3- Ashraf Hemmati
4- Houshang (Mohammad) Borghei
5- Bijan Armandpour
Agenda:
1- Norouz Party, Final Decisions
2- Radio Program and Architectural Forum
The following items were discussed:
1- Radio Program
A memorandum for participation in the radio program will be e-mailed to all members by Friday, March 21 with the deadline of Friday, March 28 for those members who would like to take part in the program to respond.
2- Norouz Party
Sponsorship In order to promote SIAP and raise funds, it was decided that each board member contact potential consultants and/or contractors to sponsor the Norouz party.
Member Work Display It was decided to display member's work via board display and slide show. There is a limit of 20 slides per member. Members who are interested to show their work should put their slides on a CD disk. For more information, members should contact Bijan.
Each Board member was assigned certain members to contact to inform them of the slide show.
Next Board Meeting: April 3, 2003 at 700 pm
