The following are the minutes of the SIAP Board of Director’s meeting:

1- Website Committee report

3- Public Meeting at MGM

The following items were discussed:

1. Houshang presented the Website Committee’s report and recommendations. To implement the recommendations, the following members were assigned to each activity to work with Majid Falamaki.
1. Houshang will coordinate the posting of meetings and special events.
2. Iraj was recommended to coordinate the front page and Payeh articles.
3. Mohammad Gharavi will coordinate the architectural details.

2- The implementation of public meetings at MGM and public forum on radio was discussed. After evaluating the prices for spot ads versus longer programs, it was decided to buy two one-hour segments of air time to be broadcast in March and April. In the March radio program, we will introduce the public forum program. The public forum will be held sometime after our first radio forum.

3. Next meeting is scheduled for February 12, 2003 at 7:00 pm at Dolores Restaurant. Your attendance would be most helpful.
