The Following is the Minutes of SIAP Board of Directors meeting of on 06/08/2006

1- Monthly Events
2- Discussion about Various Architectural types during future general meetings
3- 2-3 days field trip
4- Website Advertising fee collection

The following items were discussed:

1-Monthly Event:
Members decided to schedule Monthly Events for the remaining last Thursdays of each month until November 2006.  These are the tentative list:

June 22, 2006
Charlie Rose interview with Calatrava and introduction to his work By Bijan

July 27, 2006
Architects Attitude toward Market Demands, an open discussion

August 24, 2006
Iranian Gardens, inside and out

September 28, 2006
Architects challenges and design limitations, Case Study

October Event:
Guest Speaker: Gisu Hariri from Hariri & Hariri, NY
(Date: TBA)

3-Field Trip:
Bijan Esfandiary will collect information and budget estimate for a 2-3 day trip for the month of October to Arizona or San Diego.  He will try to get his list by the end of September.

4- Advertisements:
Majid mentioned that most of banners at SIAP website had been expired and we need to collect their dues for this year.
