The followings are the minutes of the SIAP Board of Director's meeting No. 43:

Agenda:

1- SIAP Upcoming Events. 3- 2003 Rules of the Board.

2- Bam Earthquake Related issues. 4- Website Budget.

This meeting was solely dedicated to coordination with PAC due to upcoming Emergency meeting regarding the Bam Earthquake. After the assembly room was checked by the Board, it decided upon the followings:

1-IYE to set up an automatic slide show prior to the start of the meeting.

2-Sign up desk, tea and coffee, list of organizations to receive donations, and welcome committee to be ready by 5:00 pm. HM to coordinate with PAC. Meeting is expected to last till 7:30 pm.

3-Due to restriction to receive funds from American Red Cross, three other organizations including: Relief international, ICRS or Int. Children’s Right Society, and SIAP were designated to receive the donations.

4-IYE and MM reported their ads through Iranian TV and Radios.

5-MRB and MM reported about their contact with Ifa Kashefi, S.E. who will be one of the speakers in our Saturday meeting. She will address construction-related issues.

6-MG to contact representation of ICRS and Int. Relief who will provide briefing about of their respective organization.

7-Report of the meeting should be sent to the media.

8-PAC will exhibit several Bam earthquake related art works which will be on sale for several days through silent auction. The proceeds will go to Bam Earthquake victims.
