Meeting No. 39
The following are the minutes of the SIAP 2004 election meeting:
Date: 11-20-03, 7:00 PM
Location: MGM Community Room, Los Angeles
The meeting was opened by Mohammad Gharavi reporting on SIAP 2003 activities and progress. Farshad Azarnoosh followed M. Gharavi with the annual financial report.
Following the financial report, Houshang Borghei conducted the election Proceedings. Each candidate briefly discussed their proposal for SIAP’s future activities.
The ballots from present members were added to the faxed ballots by absent members.
Mat Atef and Farshad Azernoosh volunteered to participate in the election proceedings and assist in counting the ballots.
After all ballots were counted, the following members were elected for the positions below:

| Alternate Board Member | Daryoush Safai |
Mohammad Reza Borghei, the 2004 President of SIAP, concluded the meeting by welcoming the new Board of Directors and thanking the 2003 Board members especially Mohammad Gharavi.
